Information for your order
We collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, district and any delivery note you choose to provide. This information is used to process, deliver and support your order. Administrators can see these details in the customer leads and orders views.
Shopping bag and essential storage
Your shopping bag is stored on your device so you can return to it. Customer and admin sign-in use separate session cookies. Signed-in customers can view their own orders; authorized store administrators manage fulfilment. Guest tracking links are private, so keep them safe.
Customer accounts
If you create an account, we save your name, mobile number, email address and a one-way password hash to let you sign in and view orders placed while signed in. The admin leads view shows whether a customer signed up and the address from any signed-in order. Guest orders are not linked to an account merely because contact details match. Contact details supplied to these forms are not verified. These forms do not request marketing consent.
Optional marketing analytics
If Meta Pixel is configured and you choose to allow it, we send shopping events such as product views, add-to-bag actions and order totals. We do not include raw names, mobile numbers or street addresses in these event parameters. Use Cookie preferences to change your choice.
Your choices
You can clear your saved bag by removing its items or clearing this site’s browser storage. You can sign out of your customer account at any time. Contact the team to request access to or correction of your account or order information. The business’s final data-retention schedule and contact details must be published before launch.

While the preview notice is visible, please use sample information. Preview orders are used only to demonstrate and test the shopping experience.
